Depression Therapy in San Francisco
Break free from depression, build self-compassion, and feel like yourself again.
Does it Feel Like You’ve Lost Your Way?
Depression can feel like being trapped in a fog. Each day becomes an overwhelming struggle, making even simple tasks feel impossible. You might find yourself losing hope and struggling to find joy.
Self-doubt creeps in, making you question your worth and purpose. Regrets take over, and you start to feel that you can never get anything right.
You may start withdrawing from loved ones, losing motivation at work, and abandoning the hobbies that used to inspire you. This isolation can make you feel even more hopeless and alone.
You’re Not Alone
What you're experiencing is more common than you might realize. Depression affects millions of people, and feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck doesn't mean you're weak or failing. These feelings are a legitimate health challenge, not a personal shortcoming.
Many people struggle with depression, often silently, believing they should be able to "snap out of it" on their own. But depression is a complex condition that requires support, understanding, and professional guidance.
Therapy can help you feel like yourself again. You can rediscover moments of joy, feel reconnected to the world around you, and reclaim the energy that depression has stolen.
Together, we'll develop practical strategies to manage your symptoms. We'll work on rebuilding your self-esteem, reawakening your motivation, and helping you reengage with the activities and relationships that once brought you happiness.
